Shipping policy

If you live in warmer climates or are shipping during the summer and choose anything other than overnight shipping, these products may be melted upon arrival. We freeze and package our products in heat resistant packaging and do our best to provide you a quality product, but the heat and its effect on our organic products is beyond our control.

Please understand that your satisfaction is our desire but you are taking a risk in getting a melted product if you choose anything other than overnight shipping. We are not responsible for a melted product if you choose anything other than overnight shipping.

Directions: for best results, apply to damp skin from head to toe whenever needed.

Please keep products away from heat to prevent melting.

Special Note: IF YOU LIVE IN WARMER CLIMATES OR ARE SHIPPING DURING THE SUMMER, THE BODY BUTTERS AND BALMS MAY BE MELTED UPON ARRIVAL. PLACE IN THE REFRIGERATOR BEFORE OPENING UNTIL IT HAS RE-SOLIDIFIED BACK TO ITS BUTTERY GOODNESS. PRODUCT WILL BE PACKAGED IN TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED PACKAGING AND PREVIOUSLY FROZEN BEFORE DELIVERY IN ATTEMPT TO PREVENT BODY BUTTERS FROM MELTING IN ROUTE TO YOU. IF MELTING OCCURS, OUR BODY BUTTERS AND BALMS RETAIN ALL THEIR BENEFITS AND ARE NOT AFFECTED. AFTER COOLING, A MELTED WHIPPED BUTTER WILL BE THE CONSISTENCY OF OUR BODY BALM AND IS STILL A GREAT MOISTURIZER.
