Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. However due to the nature of our handmade body products and risk of contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. I want to be sure all my customers receive unused/untampered with products of the highest quality. Custom orders are non-refundable unless the item is not as described. All these products are non-returnable and all sales are final. No refunds. If, however there is a problem with your order, please let us know as soon as possible at JLKBodyButters@gmail.com. We will make every effort to work with you to make it right.
